MOTORSPORT NEWS - 2011 CHRISTMAS EDITION
It is surprising the things that the motor racing off season can do to you. I certainly had the midwinter blues when I went to the Autosport International back in January. I'm always aware of the big costs in motor racing and sometime wonder if there is alternative and less expensive drug ... then I saw the P1 Power boat stand, displaying a 27ft, 265 bhp, 70 mph gorgeous race boat. Before I knew it, I had signed up to the mailing list and subsequently took part in the P1 Superstock series. It gave me one of the most daunting experiences of my life and one I will always remember!

Australian GT - 2012 Season
Martin Short will join John Briggs for the season opener at Clipsal at the beginning of March.
Featuring a 60 Minute twilight race and a 30 minute sprint, the Mosler Europe CEO will be heading down under to join John in the Mosler GT900 former MoMo Mosler. more >
Sandown podium double confirms Klark Quinn’s best-ever GT Championship result
Two third placings in the last round of the 2011 Australian GT Championship at Sandown last weekend cemented second place for Klark Quinn – his best ever result in the series.

The penultimate meeting of the Australian GT reached the Mount Panorama Circuit at Bathurst this weekend (8/9th October). Quinn, back with his normal mighty VIP Petfoods Mosler MT900. With Klark looking to haul back points lost at Phillip Island, and a wet circuit, the thrilling race even had the V8 fans cheering.. full report > here
Britcar MSA Endurance: 24hr@Silverstone
An amazing weekend weatherwise.. more like Le Mans than Silverstone, but highs and lows for the Rollcentre Team, Strata 21 and Topcats Moslers.
With five hot shot drivers in the Ginetta G55 GT3, Lawrence Tomlinson, Martin Short, Colin Turkington, Matt Nicholl Jones and Mike Simpson, prepared to do battle in the 24hrs at Silverstone this year.. Along side last years Class Winning GT40.. report to follow soon....
BRITISH GT - DONINGTON PARK
"Couldn’t be more thrilled with the race", so said Ginetta G55 Project Manager Simon Finnis at the end of the three hour endurance round of British GT at Donington Park this weekend . (24th/25th Sept.) Expectations were not high for the weekend after wheel nut and starter motor issues during testing.
