Terms and Conditions

Any person contracting with Rollcentre Racing and/or Mosler Europe Limited contracts only on the standard terms and conditions of business of the relevant company unless varied in writing under the hand of of an officer of the company.

Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for refund or exchange if they are returned to Rollcentre Racing Limited within 7 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.

  • Goods or items that are specifically manufactured to your order cannot be returned.
  • Items are returned unused in their original condition and have not been fitted or tampered with in order to secure a refund.
  • Items are returned complete with all packaging in good condition.
  • Items returned after seven days from receipt may be subject to a restocking charge of not less than 15%. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Please return all items with the senders address, invoice number and reason for return.
  • The cost of Carriage on all returns to be borne by the customer. All items must be returned by a registered mail or carrier. Please retain proof of postage in the event of a claim with the carrier.
  • Rollcentre Racing is not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of faulty or allegedly faulty goods or incorrectly supplied parts.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to check all items and notify us of any shortages or goods which you feel are incorrectly supplied within seven working days, wherever possible. This does not affect your statutory rights. We will always do our best to provide good customer service, and if you feel you have genuine cause for complaint,after this period, please do not hesitate to contact us.
